Jesse put together several alternatives for dealing with the problem and explained the pluses and minuses of each option. We decided to replace our air conditioner and furnace at the same time. Jesse and Seth installed everything with minimal fuss, and Jesse explained the features of the new equipment. Each one was responsive to our requests, and they were very patient in dealing with our questions. We would recommend Aire Serve to anyone with heating or a/c problems.“

“Our air conditioning was original to our house and lasted almost 30 years. It finally went out in the middle of a heat wave and we were miserable. We called around and got multiple quotes. Harker was by far the most fair priced as well as came with a great Veteran's discount! Andrew was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything and all of our options. We figured we would just replace both the furnace and air conditioning at once. Sean and Adam came to install our new system and were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable as well. They arrived right on time and were able to get everything replaced and up and running very quickly, much to our overheated relief! Before they left they walked us through the system and made sure we understood everything and answered any questions we had. Wohlers was able to move and replace my furnace in a single day, and the work even cost less than I expected. When the new condensate pump developed an issue they sent someone out immediately to replace the pump at no charge. Everyone was great to work with and I can't recommend them enough!“

“During the current excessive heat wave our central air unit failed. The issue seemed clearly linked to the fan motor itself. I placed a call to H&C around 9:30 this morning, and provided the details and my guess about the source of the problem. They informed me they would let me know if a technician became available. Within only about 2 hours they called, and said they'd have a tech on site within about 30 minutes. José arrived about 27 minutes later. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes (I was wrong, it wasn't actually the motor itself) and had our unit functioning perfectly again in less time than it took him to arrive. Without question I would recommend H&C, and could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism José provided. 5 stars.“
