During the current excessive heat wave our central air unit failed. The issue seemed clearly linked to the fan motor itself. I placed a call to H&C around 9:30 this morning, and provided the details and my guess about the source of the problem. They informed me they would let me know if a technician became available. Within only about 2 hours they called, and said they'd have a tech on site within about 30 minutes. José arrived about 27 minutes later. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes (I was wrong, it wasn't actually the motor itself) and had our unit functioning perfectly again in less time...read full review

I've used Heating and Cooling Inc for many years at my home, apartments, and hair salon business. Even during the busiest seasons they get to my issue in a timely fashion. I also appreciate that they are family owned/operated, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.Services: A/C system maintenance
