“Accu-Clime recently replaced my 30yo AC and 23yo furnace after also fixing the said AC unit as a temporary measure during the hottest weekend last month when other 24hr services either didnt respond or couldn't send anyone right away. One of the owners, John, even drove 3 hours on a Sunday to locate a part for the ancient unit to ensure me and my dog wouldn't have to suffer the heat an extra 36 hours. The technicians Jeremy and Roberto were both great and very good humored about the difficult access issues around my house. The initial repair and subsequent replacements all went off without a hitch. They were professional, clearly skilled, great communicators, and didn'd miss any details that were discussed. I also appreciated that John was very transparent on all the pricing options, gave me credits towards initial repairs once the replacement work was agreed upon, helped me with financing, and also refunded a part that was ultimate not needed.
