Had our AC go out at our business in Madison in a sweltering hot 90+ degree period when I'm sure everyone's AC was breaking down and they were probably busy as heck--and Hunter came out within just a couple hours of the call which was fantastic in itself. Cherry on top though was that Hunter was such a straight shooter he found a really smart fix that got things running great within an hour--without having to put in all new units, which I'm convinced most other companies would have lobbied for us to do. Great folks to work with - provided me with a few different options, and given the age of our furnace we decided to go with a new one. Provided information on the different options, prices, and benefits of the various models.
Set install date - was on time, communicative, friendly, and answered any questions I threw their way. After install went through the completed install in detail, set up the warranty information for the furnace, and left the work area perfectly clean.

I woke up at 3:30am this morning and found my house at 50 degrees. All my usual tricks and google searches wouldn't work so I began calling all 10 of the first places that came up. Mike was the first to respond to me before 4am and by 7am he was at my house. By 7:50am he had it working along with some other long term recommendations.
