The absolute best in Madison and Dane County. Responsive, great at trouble shooting and finding solutions to keep our product at the right temp 24/7. They also have a great inventory of new and used equipment which is helpful in a pinch.
I first contacted Justin about a quote for a walk in cooler/freezer. He was at my location in less than 2 hours, and my location is almost an hour drive. He looked at my space and had my quote and drawing within a week. Great communication working with us on install date. We had a little issue with the install, guys were back the next day to resolve it! Have had a few little issues, nothing abnormal for a new install. Each time I have contacted Justin about these minimal issues, and problems I had with my existing equipment I have had a service tech at my location the same day.
