Waldinger came on short notice, on the hottest day of the year when our AC went out. We have had a previous company come multiple times and try to resolve the same issue. Trai, our technician from Waldinger, was a professional to the core. Even going as far as explaining the problem and the solution to our issue by showing me what was going on. He was detailed and efficient. Couldn’t recommend Trai and Waldinger Madison enough.
Fantastic company. I am a custodian for a local church. I’ve had to call Waldingers multiple times over several months for various building issues, plumbing and HVAC mainly.
Their technicians are always professional and response time has been consistently within a day or two (unless I specify emergency).
I recommend them without hesitation.
