Four Seasons gave us a competitive quote on a a new furnace blower and heat pump set up along with a new humidifier, whole house humidifier and Wi-Fi thermostat. They explained in detail how the new system would work compared to the traditional furnace / AC system we had in place. The installers were very professional. They were happy to answer any questions I had during the installation. After testing the new system, they walked me through the process of connecting my phone to the new digital wall thermostat. Thorough estimate and pricing review for options- learned a lot from Larry who provided easy to understand review of the benefits of product features. Applied savings from Focus on Energy to my heat pump system costs- I'm wishing a the previous administration's fed rebates were still available. ahem. Install team was courteous, cleaned up behind themselves and went the extra mile in adjusting some poorly installed ductwork from previous system and took time to review the install and product features before leaving. I recently had water damage in my furnace room, from above, and while we were pulling out the near 20-year-old furnace, I made the decision to put in a new one. I’ve worked with the gentleman at Four Seasons for several years, keeping my furnace and air conditioning system maintained…it was never a doubt to choose Four Seasons for the replacement. Larry and Terry have such a fabulous crew; Lee and Corbin were so considerate of their surroundings with such a small area to work in, doing a wonderful job both with removal and re-installation.
