Professional people, great quality and craftsmanship, fair prices. All in all a great experience having them do the work.
About 1901 Inc.
1901 Inc. receives consistent praise for professional people, great quality and craftsmanship, and fair prices. Clients trust their work, noting that repairs are done right and units run all season without problems. Service is timely, clean, and accurate, with technicians who are considerate toward customer needs. The company handles HVAC and plumbing needs, and they also started an electrical division. From employees to the service received, it is the right choice for residential or business needs. Technicians find and recommend any repairs needed, and if a unit breaks down, a phone call brings prompt repair. Parts are often available same day, allowing swift resolution. One reviewer with 30+ years in the mechanical field called their work “a good day.” Another had plumbing issues in a 1918 house swiftly resolved by a professional, efficient service plumber who did a top-notch job. Though 1901 may be a little more in price than some other companies, customers can trust their work and know it is done right.

I have been using 1901 to service our HVAC systems for several years now. I have been working with Ryan and when he comes to do service, or pm's, on our units, I know he will find and recommend any repairs that are needed. When the repairs are done, the units will run all season without any problems. If a unit should happen to break down, with a phone call Ryan is right there to repair and get it back running again. 1901 may be a little more in price than some other companies, but I can trust their work and know it is done right.

Our conference center was in full swing when the cooling system went into alarm. 1901 Inc. sent technician Dave D. the same morning, and after diagnostics were complete, we were fortunate all parts were available same day. Dave was very considerate toward our needs. Recognizing we had a full house, his work was timely, clean, and accurate. The cooling system recovered instantly and is now running smoothly. I have been in the mechanical field for 30+ years, and this is what we call “a good day.”
