I spoke with Kelly on the phone to schedule an appt. She was knowledgeable and helpful.Alexis was the technician who worked in our furnace- was highly skilled and prompt, and he left everything in perfect order. He also talked me through what he was doing, so I learned a lot, too!Good service and excellent price; I will certainly be calling them back for future work.
Kurt the technician was knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to explain in simple terms what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. Boiler and all radiators are working great now.Everyone from Harker Heating & Cooling was professional and friendly.
Our furnace went out overnight and Harker took great care of us. They sent out a tech within a few hours. He was quick to work with us on options of repairing vs replacing our very old furnace. We opted to replace it and felt their pricing was fair and honest. Even though there was a storm and it was a Saturday, they sent a team out to get us up and heating right away. Truly professionals and we are grateful to have them as our main servicers.
