“Our air conditioning was original to our house and lasted almost 30 years. It finally went out in the middle of a heat wave and we were miserable. We called around and got multiple quotes. Harker was by far the most fair priced as well as came with a great Veteran's discount! Andrew was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything and all of our options. We figured we would just replace both the furnace and air conditioning at once. Sean and Adam came to install our new system and were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable as well. They arrived right on time and were able to get everything replaced and up and running very quickly, much to our overheated relief! Before they left they walked us through the system and made sure we understood everything and answered any questions we had. “Accu-Clime recently replaced my 30yo AC and 23yo furnace after also fixing the said AC unit as a temporary measure during the hottest weekend last month when other 24hr services either didnt respond or couldn't send anyone right away. One of the owners, John, even drove 3 hours on a Sunday to locate a part for the ancient unit to ensure me and my dog wouldn't have to suffer the heat an extra 36 hours. The technicians Jeremy and Roberto were both great and very good humored about the difficult access issues around my house. “During the current excessive heat wave our central air unit failed. The issue seemed clearly linked to the fan motor itself. I placed a call to H&C around 9:30 this morning, and provided the details and my guess about the source of the problem. They informed me they would let me know if a technician became available. Within only about 2 hours they called, and said they'd have a tech on site within about 30 minutes. José arrived about 27 minutes later. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes (I was wrong, it wasn't actually the motor itself) and had our unit functioning perfectly again in less time than it took him to arrive. Without question I would recommend H&C, and could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism José provided. 5 stars.“
