They provided a lot of good information and charged me for a service charge only when they could have charged more for the time they spent helping me. I thought my water heater was leaking and needed replacement, but they were able to identify a different problem.“

1910 S Sunny Slope Rd, New Berlin“Our experience with EVERYONE was outstanding. After our AC unit stopped working the night before my wife called around to find help. Mike who came out for the initial diagnostic call and laid out our options in a way my wife could tell me (I was at work). To Kevin & Henry who did the installation of our new AC unit. Lastly the very important ladies (whose names escape me at the moment) in the office who dealt with scheduling and laid out payment options. Again, our experience was OUTSTANDING. We’d highly recommend New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning.“

He was very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and & could install both units in a few days. He also replaced the outside liner of our chimney which was all rusted & old. We had exceptional service in a timely manner. We highly recommend his company for any A/C & Furnace needs.“

3260 N 126th St, Brookfield“It's mid-December and the temperature is dropping to zero tonight, so of course our radiant heat boiler pump started making a horrible noise. I called Gross Heating on Monday to have someone come out asap. I was told Wednesday morning was the soonest they could make it. I was reluctant to call another company because in the past I had a bad experience with another. The last time Gross came out, they did a great job, so I called them back and said okay to Wednesday. They said they could actually send someone out Tuesday, late in the afternoon. The technician came out and apologized, saying this job may take more time than we have today and run into a lot of overtime. So, a new appointment was set up with another tech for Wednesday morning. In a way I'm glad this happened because the new tech was excellent in every way. He had the part I needed on his truck and had everything completed at noon. While he was there, our daughter called saying you won't believe this, but my boiler stopped working and I have no heat. Gross had anticipated the tech would be at my house the entire day. I asked if we could go over to her house to take a look at her boiler. Gross said okay, so off we went. She needed a new pump motor, which luckily he also had on his truck. In conclusion, both of our heating systems were fixed in the same day and at what I feel was a reasonable price. I trust Gross Heating and wouldn't use anyone else.“

520 Capitol Dr, Pewaukee“I worked with Droegkamp to have a heating unit added to my garage. They came out and discussed options for the unit, its placement and how best to run the utilities to it. Once the unit came in, the installation crew did a great job getting things up and running and cleaning up the work site. Really pleased with Droegkamp!“

They arrived punctually and completed the job efficiently and neatly. We ditched the red vans and are now using them for our annual maintenance as well. Shop around folks!“

John (the owner) did NOT try and talk us into "emergency" services. That would've added to our costs. Pricing seemed fair enough though. Funny since 10 yrs ago, a new one costs nearly 50 % more!“

Our heat stopped working, and Ross spent 1:45 working on the furnace. My drapes are practically floating away now. And you gave us a fair price. And Ross explained things to us. AND I'm damn happy and now toasty. Thank you for having Ross in your employ. He needs a RAISE.“

1529 S 113th St, West Allis“Needed at least a cleanout of a 50 year old cast iron sewer lateral. Rozga did a nice inspection job with a camera snake all the way out to the road, and it was easy to see the significant deterioration causing us problems. We opted to have the basement portion replaced first. It was about a month after I had major heart surgery and the Rozga guys were very helpful covering and protecting expensive tech equipment in my basement workshop from the cement dust that would result from ripping up the floor to get at the lateral. Unfortunately, as part of the plastic curtaining, they were using a staple gun to attach the sheeting to a joist in a hard to reach area, near the central networking hub where there's a ton of wires, and the ceiling and the wires are all painted black. Maybe 20 minutes in, I started hearing a fateful beeping from all our alarm system zone modules that indicated comms failure. I told them I suspected they had done SOMETHING to the alarm bus. Supervisor tells me they were being very careful (which I fully believe) but I show him the dead alarm keypad and tell him "well it was working before you got here." He comes back maybe 20 minutes later with this look of trepidation on his face that I recognize as vendor fear. He sheepishly tells me I'm right and that they drove a staple thru a wire. Having worked with tradespeople for many years, I understood that his fear was that I was going to call some private alarm company, have them come out to do a potentially expensive debug and repair to the system, and ask Rozga to pay to repair the damage. Stuff like that happens all the time. I asked him to show me what happened. It's in a place where the sheeting had to corner and I could barely make out was going on, especially since the black paint makes it almost impossible to distinguish what the heck is going on behind the translucent plastic. Quite frankly I was impressed he found it given how hard it was to see, and I told him so. Then I told him it was not a problem, I had that kind of wire in stock. I then reminded him he had stapled something I do in my line of work and that I could fix low voltage wiring. Knowing where the fault was, it meant I could have my 15yo son do the work under my direction a few days later. No harm, no foul, and no cost. The look of relief was instant. I have occasionally seen people in the trades make mistakes and then dig in their heels, refusing to admit a mistake. Rarely do I see tradespeople actively work to find a mistake that is outside their wheelhouse. I am happy to do business with Rozga again in the future when it comes time to replace the rest of the lateral. Good people, neat work, very pleased with the end result.“

1313 WI-175, Hubertus“Tony & Ron Weyer, and their skilled teams, which includes the ladies running the office. Represent the best of craftsmanship. Quality work thats backed with quality products. They custom designed our latest project (no easy task there) executed a seamless kitchen exhaust system. added at simplistic germ and odor killing UV light to our HVAC system, just time for the next pandemic. For good measure through-in an upgraded, custom furnace filtration access door, to more easily change out filters. This was our latest but definitely won't be our last project. WS company is a 2nd Gen Company, going strong, that meets and beats their competitors, from my experience. We've never had an issue with prices, because they take time to explain everything. Great job Everyone.“

In addition, he also made some modifications that will help me better maintain the unit. I would use them again without hesitation for any HVAC or heating repairs I would need again. So nice to find an honest and caring contractor. If you ever need a repair or your unit goes down, Bill is the guy to call.Service: HVAC repair“
