Had my first appointment with Mr Holland at my downtown condo to service my in-wall heat pump and AC. Chris arrived and was jovial. After seeing the unit he made a call and explained they don’t service this kind of unit. He looked for any obvious things he might remedy, but explained there would be no charge. I thanked him for his honesty.
