We had an emergency. We called, and they took down our address. They then determined we were outside of their service area and never notified us, leaving the issue for another full 24 hours before we finally received notice. Giving 3/5 stars because idk if their service was good, but the admin side was absolutely a 1/5.

Jack and Kyle had to dig up my basement floor to replace a leaking and clogged pipe. They were beyond professional, got the job done perfectly, and left my basement cleaner than when they got there.Service: Sewer repair

Hartlaub has been nothing but amazing every time I use them. The ladies who are dispatchers are super friendly and understanding and the plumbers I have worked with, James and Kyle, are great too. I have needed them for a few emergency clogs and plumbing issues over the past few months and they fix the issue same day within a matter of hours. A tad expensive but its worth the quickness and quality you get. Highly recommend!Services: Drain cleaning
