“This is a story about honesty.

I called Ray three days ago when I learned the AC failed on some shut-ins from Church in a 100deg heat wave. Ray asked for their number and said he’d call and schedule an appointment. He followed up with me a couple hours later and said the ladies (mom/daughter up in age) said that three companies had been out to diagnose the problem and all three said furnace/AC needs replaced. Ray said he would check into it and get back to me.

Well, that was around 5pm and I hadn’t heard from him by 11am the next day so I reached out for an update. Ray stated he did indeed check on it and it was the blower motor and he already had it on order. High marks for ethics and midwestern git-er-done attitude.

We use Ray’s services at our factory and he also replaced the 30+ year-old furnace at the house. We rely on him and he has never, ever let us down. Highly recommend.“
