“I’ve used Norco now on a few different houses. They were always prompt each time. When you have a heat or ac problem you don’t want to wait. There were some minor issues with a few installs and they were back the next day each time to make things right.“

“Smith did amazing work for me this week. Stipulations in a sale agreement for my home requires that I had my furnace and AC inspected and cleaned. I could not get anybody to do the work. One company said they were booked solid. Two companies didn’t even bother to call me back! When I spoke with Lisa at Smith, she was helpful, sympathetic, and willing to get me scheduled prior to my closing date. I had two technicians, Jon (AC) and Andrew (furnace). These guys were friendly, kind, and good communicators. One awesome aspect of the transaction is that I got text updates prior to their arrival, so I knew when to expect them. Legacy sent out a TECH (Levi) the next morning. He gave me a courtesy call before showing up, he was very knowledgable, and had our system up and running properly in no time,
along with kindly answering all my questions.

“Larry is a straight-shooter!
We were considering replacing our older HVAC system and water heater to take advantage of a sale. So I called Andrew’s mechanical at about 5 o’clock one day And Larry took my call. He asked me if everything was working and I said yes and he says don’t fix it till it’s broke!!
Who does that?“

“Our AC died in the beginning of July, and after getting a few quotes, we chose Air Control to do the job because the quote was reasonable and they took the time to ask questions about our system that no one else did (how many vents we had, were there issues with airflow in any of the rooms, etc.). The warranty is also amazing! (12 years for parts AND labor on our system)

They were able to get us on the schedule quickly after we accepted their quote and they were able to rip the old system (compressor, summit, and furnace) out and the new one rather quickly. The crew was polite and professional, they took the time to show me how to use the new system, and they left things very clean when done. I'd 100% recommend them!

On a completely related side note, our house has never been this cool in the 23 years we've lived here. Every room is now the same temperature! We're so glad that we went with the Daikin Fit system... it's awesome!“
