Our AC died in the beginning of July, and after getting a few quotes, we chose Air Control to do the job because the quote was reasonable and they took the time to ask questions about our system that no one else did (how many vents we had, were there issues with airflow in any of the rooms, etc.). The warranty is also amazing! (12 years for parts AND labor on our system) They were able to get us on the schedule quickly after we accepted their quote and they were able to rip the old system (compressor, summit, and furnace) out and the new one rather quickly. We had Randy come work on our air conditioning, which wasn't functioning. Not only did he fix the problem, he gave us a very detailed and helpful explanation as to why we were having a problem and what we could do to avoid it in the future. I would use him again!

Called (on a Sunday) re a terrible vibration/buzzing at my elderly mother's home which we thought might be something to do with the furnace. We had used Air Control on Christmas Eve in 2016 when the furnace failed & were impressed with them then too.Got a call back per my request first thing Monday a.m. Person that returned my call (eek, can't remember her name!) was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, helpful, & understanding of working with elderly customers. Technician Jerry arrived at my mother's house within 30 minutes & we could not have had a better technician.
