We ended up with the wrong size furnace that was installed in our new home. We have struggled with it for several years and finally had to call someone. We called Smith Heating and they came right out. Unfortunately the original installation was 100% wrong. We now have the correct size furnace, we had to add another cold air trunk, added extra heat vents and all new heating ducts. We also had to replace our air conditioner as it was also not the correct size.

My furnace had been having issues so I called Smith. They had a tech out the same day, found the issue, fixed it up and charged me a very reasonable amount. I will definitely call them again when I need a full furnace replacement. Highly recommend.

Smith did amazing work for me this week. Stipulations in a sale agreement for my home requires that I had my furnace and AC inspected and cleaned. I could not get anybody to do the work. One company said they were booked solid. Two companies didn’t even bother to call me back! When I spoke with Lisa at Smith, she was helpful, sympathetic, and willing to get me scheduled prior to my closing date. I had two technicians, Jon (AC) and Andrew (furnace).
