R&R completed 2 jobs for me in December of 2023. The first was in Spokane on a house I was selling. The furnace started to act up when the cold weather came, and I needed to have it replaced quickly due to the pending sale. Rolland Reed came out and gave me a very competitive quote. The work was done quickly and professionally and looked good when done. The installation crew kept things clean, and the job looked tidy when finished. The inspections passed with no issues. I don’t think Karl B. Should get 5 stars, he deserves 7 stars!!! He is professional and his customer service is fantastic and He’s respectful. He is extremely thorough and ensures customer issue is resolved. He’s knowledgeable, pays attention to details and explains thoroughly in a way a layman like me will understand. Will be requesting Karl for annual maintenance. Don’t lose him or I’ll be forced to switch companies.
