We had central A/C put in, in our old home, that was built in 1918, with a short unit (needing a different coil) - They were able to get us in quickly, and order the part . The man who did our bid was so kind and sweet to our kids who were there when he arrived - which was very quick. He explained everything to me, and when he left, I felt I had enough information to explain what was happening to my significant other later in the day. The actual install was quick as well, my significant other came home during the day and the man explained what he was doing and a time frame for how long it would take.
