Norco is exceptional! They have terrific customer service, their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They are thorough and mindful of cleaning up after themselves because the work they do can be messy. Norco came in with the lowest bid to upgrade our home’s wiring to get it ready for central air (which they also installed and did a fabulous job!) They also added additional outlets throughout our home. We have called them back to our house twice to change / fix minor issues from the initial re-wire last year, both times free of charge and within hours of my call - they 100% stand behind their work like no other company I have ever experienced....read full review

Mike quickly diagnosed and fixed our AC fan motor. He was professional and thorough in his explanation. Norco came the same day I called for service. This is the second time in 5 years I’ve used them and I would highly recommend them to anyone.Service: HVAC system repair

Nick from Norco was on-time and worked hard to resolve a weird intermittent issue with our Lennox furnace. After a call to Lennox, who suggested he "try a replacement controller board", Nick got a price for the replacement board from the local parts house ("Really? I am paying for a new laptop??!!!") so I decided to order one myself for 1/4 the price, but Nick and Norco were great. Definitely be using them in the future.Service: Heating system repair
