Ray was great to work with on checking my HVAC system. He was good about letting me know his timing for my appointment, took time to talk through some options. No hard sale and gave me options I needed with details I needed.
After the fire we needed some peace of mind that our HVAC was safe to run for our family. Grayson came out within 2 days of us reaching out and provided detailed professional advice and recommendations. We're thankful for Clines as a whole providing free inspections to those effected by the fires.
Derek was great. He was prompt, knowledgeable and worked within our budget. Derek had to locate a very difficult piece for our existing vent pipes. Derek was friendly and explained what was happening along the way. He was clean and detailed oriented regarding the installation. Techs name is Steven Sanders. Very nice and efficient. As are all your employees 🥳
