“Absolutely the best! Having been duped by previous HVAC companies before, I must say I was I was skeptical from the get-go. Thankfully, that was not the case with Trademark! Taylor was top-notch! He was pleasant, professional, patient with my questions and skeptism and highly experienced in his profession. He fully serviced my furnance, AC unit and checked my hot water expanison tank.Thankfully, he did, because he discovered a defect in my expansion tank which he showed me. If left unchecked, it would have caused a significant problem in the near future. “Our first contact with AGE was Luke in sales. He was professional, knowledgeable about HVAC systems and their Lennox products and personable. It certainly helped that we both graduated from the same high school in Montana. Once we determined the right system for our home AGE scheduled our installation quickly and sent a great team in including electrician Don, Jake, David, and Mike to start and finish the work. While not an expert on the topic I could tell from start to finish that their work was done with excellence. This was confirmed in a few days when Sue from AGE scheduled independent inspectors to check their work on HVAC and electrical. Both inspectors agreed that the installation was very well done. “Pend Oreille Mechanical Review This review is in two parts – the company and the product. Both are excellent. The company performed with competence and character. From the extensive on-site evaluation to the detailed bid, PO Mechanical was there. The bid was several pages with pictures and options. After the installation, our electrical wiring proved inadequate for the product's demands. PO Mechanical immediately brought in expert electricians to rewire our mechanical room at no expense to us. There were three visits to make adjustments and fix issues, again part of the bid. No expense to us. From the beginning, it was important to us to find a vendor big enough and local enough to provide timely support for years to come. PO Mechanical checked that box. We needed a new electric boiler for our radiant heating floor system. This is not a common product. Most local companies won’t touch it. PO Mechanical consulted experts to select the correct boiler for our system of seven zones. The unit went in just before winter and has operated perfectly through the coldest part of the season, 11/2024-3/2025. We are seeing an overall reduction in electric usage around 15% to 20% from our previous system for 23/24. The layout of the boiler, stainless steel manifold, copper piping, and other components is just short of wall art. It will be a featured asset when it comes time to sell this property. Air Conditioner died for no apparent reason...did some obvious troubleshooting and could not find the issue. We are loyal High Mark customers for their annual service and system checks which is normally performed by Chris (a consummate professional, courteous and friendly) for heating and cooling, and this is why. Stephanie answered the call and dispatched a crew for the same day the call was made. Chris was busy so Timmy and Cody came. In less than two hours they diagnosed the problem, had the parts available in their truck and got the air conditioning back up and running without a hitch. Stephanie, Timmy and Cody could not have been nicer people and explained everything they were doing while giving a few helpful tips along the way. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.
