Melvin our tech. from Cougar heating and air-conditioning was amazing!!! He fixed the problem which we were having with our heat pump right off the bat. This is after one of their competitor’s “fixed” our problem yesterday. We have done business with that “competitor” for years and years, (15-20). So impressed with Melvin’s knowledge and expertise.
