I can't say enough good things about Dillon and Cougar Heating & Air Conditioning!
We walked into our Sandpoint condo to start our vacation only to discover our mini split was leaking. I called around 4:00 p.m. fully expecting we'd have to wait until the next day or even longer. To my surprise, Dillon drove all the way from Spokane and was at our door by 6:00 p.m.!
From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and efficiently repaired the leak. Before long, our mini split was running perfectly again.

Dillon from Cougar Mechanical was fantastic. He drove up from Spokane to Sandpoint to fix a leak in our mini split and got it sorted quickly and correctly.
