“The technician was great and very knowledgeable about the AC system and took the time to show me specifics about maintenance needs for our unit. He even added an additional electrical part at nominal costs to extend the life of the compressor! Oddly enough, while he was working we had an electrical fire start on our RV trailer which was located right behind him. He calmly showed me the fire and I was able to extinguish the fire before the whole trailer went up. Now that is going the extra mile!“
