“I was referred to Rossco Service Plumbers when my sprinkler system appeared to be leaking at the anti siphon valve. They came the next morning and looked at it with me. All it needed was a few screws to be tightened. I waited for a service call bill and never got one. I called and they said they waived it since they really didn't do enough to warrant a charge! “This is our second time having Rooter Tech out to work on our home. This time was for an underground leak in a section of the main, water supply, pipe to the home.

Carlos, was able to come out to inspect the problem on the same day that I called. After doing some prep work we set up the job for the next morning. He and his crew arrived on time and took care of everything!

I was sent pictures and videos of the leak once it was fully exposed along with the completed work. The entire area was filled in beautifully. Can’t even tell there was ever an issue to begin with.
