“I had a great experience, as usual (3rd service call). Technician that came out was nice and provided me with advice and was honest about my plumbing situation and offered a quick and easy solution. I am grateful for the help I receive everytime I call this company.”
“TL;DR Greentop is the most affordable option, incredibly professional, and Dylan is the man!
I had Greentop install a ductless mini split system back in Oct 2024. They quoted me ~2k below most places, then when I found another shop with a lower price they undercut it and provided a superior warranty. They were quick, responsive, and handled all of the install and permitting. It was a fantastic experience.
Fast forward to 2026 and one of my units dropped a couple drops of water. I called in for a service appointment - they had logged a previous referral which would have knocked $300 off the service. Instead of making me pay the difference they called it even. When their tech, Dylan, came onsite he noticed the blowers were VERY dirty. Typically you'd need another appointment and fee to get a deep clean. Dylan handled it for free and was pleasant and professional.
Greentop has been excellent in all of my interactions with them while providing the most affordable option on the market!”
“Devan and his whole team were fantastic to work with. There was never any pressure even when my construction project had a significant delay. They offer fair pricing, very flexible and professional. As a busy Realtor I really appreciate that in a company. I plan to use them on my next project and will refer all of my clients to them for maintenance and new installations. Thank you Devan!”
