He's always there when we have a problem. For example, we had an issue with our heat pump systems, and the manufacturer really dragged their feet on getting the in-warranty repairs done. Brian stuck with it, advocating with the manufacturer on our behalf until they made good on their warranty obligations. Brian gets the job done.“
