“I can't say enough great things about Bainbridge Heating & Air! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Their service is top-notch, friendly and professional. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. My new system has forever changed my home and I'm beyond grateful for their expertise. I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and family for all heating and cooling needs.”
“Had our heating/cooling system checked out for its annual maintenance. Alex, our technician, arrived in the scheduled time window with a text heads up that he was on his way. He has been here before (I love the consistency). On a previous visit for a problem he correctly diagnosed it as a problem in the electrical panel, and showed us where things were shorting out. As a result we were able to get the electrician out quickly with the correct part. Excellent communications, and very pleasant interaction.”
“In 2019 & 2020 we had a toilet at Cups Espresso & Cafe in downtown Bainbridge Island that would sometimes get clogged after customers used it - oftentimes beyond what we could plunge on our own. Since it was the only restroom, when that happened, we would need assistance quickly. I came across Approved Plumbing using a Google search after all the other plumbers I called one day couldn't come and help us. Adam came over quickly and fixed the issue immediately, and in the several instances after that. He was always super quick and helpful. Then, after the pattern emerged of the toilet being the issue, he researched different types for us to replace it with so we could avoid having to call him to unclog it. With his help and working with our landlord, the old toilet was replaced and we haven't needed to call a plumber for it since. We'll make sure to keep calling Approved Plumbing for other plumbing needs as they arise, but it was wonderful to have someone who not only fixed the short term problem, but also worked with us on a long term solution that would ultimate save us money.”
