“These guys are great and honest. After dealing with another company who were unsatisfactory, and first quoted me a price of over 14000 for a new furnace, I called Olympic. Olympic came out to see if my furnace could be repaired. They gave me all the facts and let me make up my mind based on solid information. Olympic sold and installed the same furnace that the other company recommended for 7500. They were quick, clean, respectful and informative. “Our A/C shut off suddenly. I tried multiple other service providers but either didn't get a response, or had to wait 24 hours.I called Northend Heating and Air and left a message. Doug called back in 10 minutes or less. He was working with a client but said he'd swing by in an hour or so.He showed up and correctly diagnosed the problem, which was an attached pump had become unsecured and when that happened it signaled to the A/C to shut down.All is good now. “I recently had CM Heating out for outdoor electrical services. It was a great, easy process from start to finish. Thomas came out and walked me through what was required to do the project and sent me an estimate after that visit. Their office pulled the permit for me and the same technician came out and did the work. I am more than pleased with the results!“

“I have had a fabulous experience with Skyline over the past 4ish years, to the point that it is embarrassing that I haven't left them a rave review until now! Back in 2020 Scott came out to give me a quote on installing A/C in my house. I received several quotes from several companies, but what really set Scott apart was that he listened carefully to what we were looking for and worked with me to present several options for how we could accomplish it, explaining pros/cons with each approach along with the pricing. We had a traditional furnace and we considered just adding mini-splits, adding on the A/C, replacing the system with a heat pump, and even a hybrid of the heat pump + extra mini-splits upstairs. We ultimately decided to go with the heat pump and he and his team did a great job--they installed it when they said they would, worked extra hours to get it done in time, and even did some work themselves when one of their subcontractors couldn't make it to ensure they met their timeline. Fast forward to 2023 when I called them and said that I wanted to consider moving from heat pump to the hybrid system we had considered where we'd add extra mini-splits in the upstairs to get better A/C up there, given we don't have the greatest house-wide vent system (Skyline added a duct and return system when they installed the A/C, but it is hard to do everything after the fact in an old house, so we knew this was a possibility). Scott came back out and did a bunch of investigation saying that he wanted to make sure we really needed to go that route before we did it--he thought there may be a less expensive alternative. In addition, Scott also upgraded our thermostat, replaced a part of our panel that had a manufacturer recall, and did some other optimizations to the system based on things he had learned since installing ours (we got a very new to the market system)--all for no charge. He ended up recommending that we fix up some of the venting under our house and add some dampers down there that would send more air up to the second story, and he gave me a quote for that work that would be WAY less than the other route I was considering. I agreed, his team came and did the work, and WOW--HUGE improvement! We had a 5-8 degree difference from the bottom of our house to the top in both winter and the summer before and that is basically gone now. Even my extended family noticed when they came over--they were like, did you change something, your house is so much warmer now! I can't wait to see the impact on the A/C during the summer. Scott and his team are responsive and communicative, and I am SO impressed by the service he continues to provide even YEARS after my original system install. I would highly recommend Scott and Skyline to anyone! Their service is impeccable.“

“The long and short review. Short: YES! I would very much recommend these folks. Very straightforward, fast, competitive and super professional. They are very customer service and satisfaction oriented. And no, I’m not being paid for the review. The longer one: Our 11 year old furnace stopped working suddenly and a family friend very enthusiastically recommended we call Kings. The furnace is one of the few things in the house I can’t/don’t work on and rely on the advice of professionals exclusively. We had one of their technicians come out (showed up right on time with text message reminders) and I was impressed with his knowledge and how he took the time to explain in layman’s terms what happened to our existing furnace as well as the health and setup of our existing systems. Unfortunately, replacement made more sense than repair, so one of their advisors went over the whole house, and addressed/gave several options on everything from simple replacement to whole house A/C. No sales pitch, just laid it out. The guys who did the installation were solid. They showed up right on time, were good guys, worked with efficiency and attention to detail. When they were done, they really took the time to explain all their work and everything we should know. All new exhaust ductwork to replace the junk that was in there before. Replacing a furnace unexpectedly really sucks. However I would not hesitate to call Kings or recommend them to anyone who needs help. Nice folks.“
