The day after we contacted them about the work, Richard Vulliet, the owner, visited our house to make plans and work up proposals. It was apparent that he knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly delivered the proposals and his team was soon in our house making it happen.

Took them only three days to get the old equipment out and the new units installed and running. They got the new hot water heater into a very tight spot with virtually no room to spare. The outdoor heat pump, two indoor wall units and top floor smart thermostat were all well-placed.

After a short delay in getting the quotation, they offered the best pricing I could find for an American Standard 16 SEER cold-climate side-discharge heat pump and matching coil. In comparison, CM Heating quoted significantly more for a 14 SEER Ameristar unit (about 55% higher). They were professional, prompt and did an excellent job routing the pipes and wires neatly and discreetly. I’m a stickler for neat cable management in my home, and I was impressed. I’ve been using the system for a month now, and everything has been working great. The city inspectors also had high praise for the workmanship during the inspection. Since then, I’ve also called them for water heater maintenance. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.“

“They came out same day, mid afternoon and worked outside near the septic system. Also, through previous homeowners and during the previous inspection an access lid was covered with part of the deck so part of the deck had to be cut out.
