Part of me wants to keep this place a secret, but another part wants even more gym buddies, so come join!!“

Both of us basically hadn't exercised at all in about ten years, so it was challenging, but we have had a very good experience! The trainers at M2 helped us get back into exercising and taught us skills and exercises to help us on our journey to becoming more physically fit again.We looked in to other gyms in the area beforehand, but chose M2 because of the offer to do 2-on-1 training sessions together and because we liked the atmosphere at M2 the most: it's always an inviting and comfortable place to exercise as the space is very well maintained and the focus on working with trainers makes it easy to share the space even when there are multiple sessions going on at once.“

She is very fun and encouraging to work with. I learned so much from her and gained so many tools that I will take with me the rest of my life.“

“I've been doing private pilates lessons at the Greenlake studio and I am SO impressed! After just 2 sessions my back feels better than ever. My instructor Kristina is very knowledgeable about the body and exercise, gives great cues, and really has a sharp eye for noticing asymmetry or if you're engaging the wrong muscle for the exercise. Feels very safe during COVID as well. Looking forward to more!“

Tony has been patient and an incredible coach since day 1. From the moment you talk to this man, you can see how much he loves his work and the people around him. This naturally translates to how much people love him in and outside the gym. Tony helped me lose fat while gaining muscle for my first ever bodybuilding show which I placed 4th. Then, Tony has been helping me with my bulk in which I gained around 50lb in one year while keeping my fat percentage not too high. My overall strength has gone up significantly. From only being able to bench 115lb to 225lb, squatting 135lb to 315lb, and deadlifting from 165lb to 405lb. Furthermore, Tony gives great advice and takeaways from his own personal life lessons. Overall, it is very pleasant to have Tony around as a trainer, a friend, and a mentor. I highly recommend Tony.“

The first impression is that the students and coaches here are as close as family and help each other. I quickly decided that both myself and my daughter would participate in the training. Although you have been training for less than a month, you are already addicted to this kind of exercise that quickly makes you sweat - yes, "exercise addiction". This is a very rare experience for a middle-aged woman who does not like to exercise on a daily basis?!
Before each class ended, the students for the next class were already waiting at the entrance. I believe this scene says it all.“

Like any location, the classes are fun and challenging. Lauren, Anica, Morgan and Kristina are my favorite coaches at this studio. They are friendly, familiar with the templates, good with time management, and provide helpful demonstrations with proper form and explanation.There are just a couple of things that would make this studio even better:1) Larger space. I wish it was bigger, like the studios in Mercer Island or Redmond. By half of the rowers and specifically with some stations on the floor, space can get really tight. This sometimes negatively impacts my workouts. I do my best to avoid 3G classes and also certain stations.2) A majority of the coaches here are amazing! Sometimes though you will have a coach that is not great with time management, not comfortable with the template, or mediocre at best with explaining it. I know this can be said for any studio and it’s unrealistic to expect every coach to be great. To help self-manage to this, I find the Early Intel on Reddit’s r/orangetheory super helpful!“
