LOVELY STUDIO! I have been a part of the One Mind Yoga community for years and I can say with confidence that Lindsay is an instructor like no other. Once you have a class with her, you won't want to go back to any other person! I especially appreciate how many modifications Lindsay takes the time to explain throughout her classes and the importance of it being our practice and to listen to our bodies, so that we have a safe, enjoyable experience. I have been going to One Mind Yoga for over 3 years now. I could not imagine my daily routine without Lindsay's classes. They provide a mix of cardio, flexibility, and strength. A combination that not only provides physical health, but mental health. Lindsay does a great job of meeting you where you are at in your health journey, she has extensive knowledge, and she provides that personal touch to everything she does. She truly takes care of her students and I love what it has done for me!
