“We just bought a house on the older side and couldn't be happier with the work American Remodeling Experts did to update it. Amir and his team went way beyond what we initially planned, helping make our home feel modern and comfortable. The kitchen remodel was a game-changer. They knocked down a wall to open up the main floor and added a new countertop that made such a difference.

Everything looks fantastic with the new cabinets, sink, backsplash, and lighting fixtures. They also changed out the old tiles for LVP flooring to match the rest of the main floor, which makes the area feel even larger.
They also took care of other things around the home – Amir had coordinated everything on our behalf which really simplified the process for us. They had fixed up the ventilation, adding proper venting for the hood and putting in bathroom fans. They also updated all the electrical, upgrading the main panel breaker and adding GFCI outlets behind the toilets for electrical bidets.

Overall, the finishing touches were spot-on - from fixing drywall to matching paint perfectly. I was really impressed with how they stayed on schedule while working with different vendors and inspectors. Amir kept us in the loop the whole time and was always upfront about what they were finding and doing.

EKB helped us maximize the space with tons of storage, a beautiful shower, and a full wall of tile that makes the space so unique. We loved everyone we worked with at Eastside but our project manager Alex really made the project seamless. He kept everything on schedule, was so communicative, and solved every problem before it came up and then let us know the plan to resolve the issues. We ended up adding on multiple additional projects with EKB because they were so easy to work with including swapping all our interior doors, redoing all our upstairs baseboards, and painting the exterior of our house. All the work was lovely and everyone from their team was polite, communicative, and hard working. We picked a lot of small tiles which meant the tilers, Sean and Jeff, were here for several weeks and they did beautiful work.

“An enthusiastic five stars A++. From the first time we met the owner, Greg, to the very end of the project it’s been an incredible experience, which is a weird thing to say about renovation work! The estimate was very competitive and if anything changed, Greg was really transparent. His communication throughout the six month excavation of our basement (2’ of dirt, more in the crawl space, and redoing our entire foundation) was excellent. He answered every single one of my questions quickly and in terms I could understand. And I cannot say enough good things about the crew led by Barry and assisted by Lamonte. They are incredibly detail oriented, tidy, organized, friendly, and creative with their problem-solving. Anytime there were extra trucks or noise, Barry went and notified every neighbor on the street who also got to know him. There wasn’t a problem that Barry couldn’t solve. “We recently wrapped up on an extensive remodeling project complete with a revised second story bedroom, large balcony, new main level deck, and outdoor kitchen. We could not be happier with the finished product or with the experience we had with McAdams. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly and helpful. Additionally, our project was tricky from a permitting perspective and we decided to do a complete landscaping project in tandem with our remodel. McAdams was willing to work with us and the landscaping company to sync our permits and carry out the work while coordinating project timing.
