We contracted with Builder Land of Issaquah, WA, during summer 2026 for complete kitchen and guest bathroom remodels. Edward Stoul is the owner (and an engineer) who met with us to go over our plans. He is very knowledgeable, gave us good advice, was easy to work with, and provided detailed spreadsheets tracking the specific work areas of our project - with updated costs throughout. He has his own crews of licensed tradespeople and uses subcontractors for work outside of their expertise, such as cabinets (his team installed them), countertops, repairing, sanding, staining/sealing hardwood floors, and installing shower glass. This is the second project we’ve done with them—interior remodeling in 2024 and a siding replacement in 2026. They replaced our old cedar siding with Hardie Plank, and it looks fantastic. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Big thanks to Sergei for managing the project and Edward for making everything easy. Highly recommend!

I’ve contracted with Builder Land twice now. They were thorough and excellent communication throughout the process. kitchen & bath remodel. More recently, hired them for tile work and lighting. The team shows up on time and gets the job done. NO excuses, no gimmicks and their team takes pride in the work. They treated our modest project/home with excellence and we appreciate Ed, Andrew and the team.
