Edward and his team did two bathroom renovations for us last year, one right after the other. From the beginning, we knew they would be trusted partners to help us bring the designs to life. We had never done a major renovation before, so we had no idea what to expect. Did everything go perfectly the entire time? No, but that’s construction! What we appreciated about Builderland is they were *honest* and kind, which really helps make the stressful process of renovating a bit easier. In the end, we have two absolutely beautiful bathrooms that were delivered on budget and as close to as on time as possible. We’d definitely recommend them for a renovation project.

Edward and his Builder Land team did a fantastic job with our master bathroom remodel!We were postponing the master bathroom remodel for as long as we could because we knew how painful it can be and how much time, money, and energy these projects usually take. Then we had a leak from the shower and had to finally face it.Before contacting Edward, we got quotes from 4 other companies. Edward saved us! We had a slab problem which required demolishing the kitchen and all of the flooring. We had a separate company do the initial slab-jacking but Edward and his team did the rest. They removed the kitchen cabinets gently so we could reuse them and save money. They leveled all the floors with self-leveling in our 2400 sq. ft. house and they are now perfect. In addition, we remodeled both bathrooms, replaced a few failed windows and patio doors, new flooring, and had the interior painted.We envisioned managing the project ourselves and had gotten quotes from various trades.
