“I am not someone who writes reviews. But CHC Remodel earned this one.<br><br>We had a closed-off kitchen in our Bellevue home that we hated for 11 years. We finally called Siamak. He walked through the house, spotted the load-bearing wall we were scared to touch, and told us exactly how his structural engineer would handle it.<br>They removed the wall. Opened the whole floor. Built a 10-foot island we still can't stop standing at.<br><br>The job took 9 weeks. The final bill matched the quote — exactly. Not $200 over. Not a dollar over.<br><br>If you want kitchen remodeling in Bellevue done by people who actually show up, actually communicate, and actually finish what they said they'd finish — call CHC. I've already sent them two neighbors”

“My experience with LYD Construction with a bathroom remodel was superb, I don’t think I could have asked for a better experience from a contracting team!<br>From the quote which was in the ballpark of 2 other quotes I had received to the help Arie provided with recommendations and guidance for tile, vanity, countertop and fixtures, decisions were easier to make. A general items list was provided from the onset as to LYD’s responsibilities to the project which they adhered to the entire time.<br>With Stephen scoping out the steps of the project and Tim here every day of demolition or construction the process flowed smoothly and I never felt that I was left out.<br>I was impressed with the professionalism and skills of all the crafts people from the demolition person, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and the handy work to wrap up the final details.”

“Eastside K&B was recommended to me by a designer, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and this was easily one of the best remodeling experiences I’ve had.<br><br>They were responsive, friendly, reliable, and incredibly solution-oriented. Remodeling projects always seem to come with a few curveballs, but whenever something unexpected came up, they immediately had options and solutions. They also kept one of the cleanest worksites I’ve ever experienced during a remodel, which made a huge difference.<br><br>I especially appreciated their online calendar, which clearly showed the project timeline and when each stage of the work was scheduled. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process.<br><br>Drew, the owner, was very engaged from start to finish and continued to follow up even after the project was completed. Neri, who handled much of the hands-on work, does tremendous work and had an incredible amount of patience with all of our little requests and finishing details.<br><br>Another huge positive: there were no surprise costs. Unfortunately, that can be rare with contractors, so it was refreshing to have such clear expectations and transparency.<br><br>Professional, dependable, organized, and genuinely great to work with. I highly recommend Eastside K&B and would absolutely use them again.”
