We had a closed-off kitchen in our Bellevue home that we hated for 11 years. We finally called Siamak. He walked through the house, spotted the load-bearing wall we were scared to touch, and told us exactly how his structural engineer would handle it.
They removed the wall. Opened the whole floor. Built a 10-foot island we still can't stop standing at.

The job took 9 weeks. The final bill matched the quote — exactly. Not $200 over. Not a dollar over.

We called this year 2026 to find a replacement piece for our shower that we wanted and they were responsive, assisted to help us find the piece we needed, and even did a review of the work. They noticed a small spot by our tub where the grout had a small spot missing. They filled it quickly. EKB was great to work with during our remodel and have been great even after 6 years!
