Absolutely blown away with how our deck turned out! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch, and you can tell they truly care about the quality of their work. Things at I wouldn’t have noticed, Ryan went ahead and corrected. True sign of professionalism and pride in his work.
The crew was always on time, communicated clearly, kept us up to date on where they were in the build process, cleaned up everything at the end of each day throughout the process. They took our vision and made it even better than we imagined. The finished deck looks incredible and has completely transformed our backyard.

5606 California Ave SW, Seattle“We had a very good experience with Better Builders on a full basement remodel including the addition of a new bathroom with shower. They were very open, honest, and personable from the start. They were very helpful in challenging our choices and decisions on our project - ultimately making the outcome even better and more to our liking. We had a very basic basement with 70s style paneled walls, concrete floor, and open ceiling. We used Better Builders to add a wine closet, nice family room, a workout room, a pantry, utility room, and a new bathroom. They worked well with our designer to get to our plans finalized including a spec sheet. They were outstanding at managing their subcontractors, permits, inspections, and general contracting work. Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent - their use of recurring weekly updates was very beneficial. The final product is outstanding and quality is exceptional. We would not hesitate to hire them for any future projects.“

Special compliments go to James and Roger, these two guys did phenomenal quality work, were professional and knowledgeable, and genuinely good people who I’d happily work with anytime.“

4701 SW Admiral Way #231, Seattle“I've known Alex, the owner of Pro Build Construction, for almost a year now, and he has already worked on three of my gyms. Alex is super reliable and always available for a call. He takes personal pride in each project and ensures they stick to the timeline.
One of the major renovations we did was at one of my 7500 sqft gyms, involving flooring, paint, lights, etc. Alex said we would only need to close the business for one week, and he stuck to the timeline. He had workers on-site day and night to ensure the project was completed within the agreed week, allowing us to open the doors to our members as promised.
Overall, I am super happy with Pro Build Construction, and they will always be my go-to general contractor for any commercial projects!
Update 12/31/25: following a major project at the KOMO Plaza (June 2025- demo and full buildout of a gym), Alex and his team has been on top of closing the loops on smaller tasks. They're easily reachable for any repairs or maintenance issues. Alex goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are fully taken care of.“

8361 18th Ave NW, Seattle“RENOVA did a complete kitchen remodel for us with the addition of an island and cooktop. We couldn’t be happier with the results and, in general, the process of working with the team. Nick was great; he communicated each day, kept me in the loop on everything since I was gone most of the time due to work, sent videos and detailed photos, and addressed my concerns without delay. I could literally text him late in the evening after work, and he would call me back and answer all my questions within minutes, which really impressed me. I ordered everything through RENOVA, and they even threw in free tile for the backsplash. I really appreciate it, Nick! Great kitchen! I was so happy that it was such a hands-off process for me due to my busy schedule; I had nothing to worry about!“

4111 E Madison St, Seattle“We had a branch poke a tiny hole in our roof during a wind storm. A few weeks later we noticed our scissor truss ceiling drywall sagging at the seems. We had some roofers out to find and repair the leak. A quick and easy job.
After that the real issue was water in our ceiling. We got several quotes from several companies for water remediation to keep our family, and our home, safe from mold.
There seemed to be a trend of doing the most work possible. Replacing ALL THE ceiling drywall, without even looking in the ceiling first! It seemed like everyone was on a fishing expedition. Josh from Azimuth Works was different. He was the only one who took the time to talk about how to fix it the correct way and what might be involved. He said the scope of the project would depend on what was found in the ceiling. Hmmm... that was new. He gave us a very reasonable bid with a range of what it might be if black mold was found(worst case scenario). Turns out we didn't have mold after all. The damage needed to be repaired properly to avoid future issues. Josh painstakingly photo-documented every step, and wrote a very thorough report of the job for the insurance company. The adjuster we worked with said the documentation was the best she had seen, and the insurance company paid for the complete bill without argument minus our deductible. That alone speaks volumes to the thoroughness and quality of the work you get from Azimuth Works. I can't remember the last time i didn't have to wrestle with an insurance company over a bill they should pay. Josh left them zero wiggle room and they paid promptly.
So if you are looking for water damage remediation, and you don't want to have to fight with the insurance company, I highly recommend giving Josh at Azimuth Works a call.“

I was out for three months and they put everything back together, replaced anything that was damaged, and made the place feel like home again. I could call or text with questions any hour of the day and they always answered, explained what was going on, and never made me feel like a bother. They kept working with me until I was fully satisfied with every detail. I am really grateful for how they handled a very stressful situation and I would absolutely recommend them. Thanks Mike!“

701 NE Northlake Way, Seattle“ProForm has remodeled two floors of our 100 year old home within the last four years. The first project was to finish out our basement level to make more living space, adding a bathroom and kitchenette. This project included earthquake retrofitting, the safe removal of asbestos and lead, and the removal of a central chimney.
The work completed by the ProForm team was exactly what we needed and they were so respectful of our space and time, especially as our family (toddler and dog included) remained in the house throughout this project. The removal of the chimney was tricky as it impacted spaces on the other two floors but the team did an amazing job protecting and finishing out the areas so there was very little impact to our family life.
Our most recent project with ProForm was an overhaul of our kitchen and first floor while carefully maintaining the character of our old house. In addition to connecting us with a stellar interior designer, we worked closely with our ProForm team and had weekly meetings and frequent photo/note updates through the Buildertrend app. As is the case with old homes, we had some unexpected discoveries and scope of our project grew. Spencer and Jeremy provided multiple solutions so we could best weigh our options and keep the project moving forward.
The scope included the removal of original lath and plaster, removal of two walls and addition of several supporting beams, complete residing, repair and painting of the exterior, drywall, relocating an exterior door, extensive electrical updates, custom doors and wainscoting, lots of finicky carpentry, custom stained glasswork, multiple areas of tile work, exacting interior paintwork, wallpaper, and the most beautiful kitchen.
In addition to these updates, the original floors were refinished and our leaded windows restored. The ProForm team reused all of our original door hardware, sourced additional vintage hardware, matched original trim in addition to the original textured plasterwork.
We ended up moving back into the house for the final month of work and, as with our first ProForm project, the team consistently communicated with our family so we knew what and who to expect in our home each day. By the end, our young kids were enamored with Carpenters Michael and Dillon and looked forward to having them in the house to chat with and spy on.
Our finished space is better than we could have ever imagined and the updated spaces flow seamlessly into the original. Our home has even more character and given the quality of ProForm’s work, I can imagine it lasting for another 100 years.“

“We recently completed a full kitchen remodel and had a great experience with the team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the project. They stayed on schedule and completed the work when they said they would, which we really appreciated.
The project involved a full reconfiguration of the space, including removing a wall and installing a steel beam, along with custom two-toned cabinets. The final result looks amazing and completely transformed the kitchen.
The only delay at the beginning was due to the permitting process, which took longer than expected but was outside of everyone’s control. Once everything was approved, the project moved forward smoothly.“
