They worked out all the engineering and permit sign offs so that the city has proper records of the structural change. Inspectors commented that we overdid it with an I-beam support :)Team was very professional, communicative, and respective of our schedules. We always knew when they would arrive to work or when we have a waiting period between inspection and next steps.“

“Dan and Jon were recommended to me by my family and provided us with excellent, quality work. For context, we purchased a condo and the previous owner tried to complete a lot of fixes themself; unfortunately, this meant that repairs were often haphazard and have led to problems and needs for repair down the line.Dan was incredibly responsive in spite of his busy schedule (a testament to his services being in demand), and showed great flexibility in scheduling a date for the work to be completed. Initially, he and Jon were just going to replace the grout work in our shower, but once the tiles were pulled, they discovered moisture/water damage.Dan provided us with tiered options, and walked us through each, discussing price and the potential future impacts. He gave us his expert advice and we proceeded with the best fit solution for us. Dan and Jon ended up replacing that section of our shower wall and re-tiled it; after, they fixed the grout for our shower in entirety. They did exceptional work and our shower looked like it was new!I also followed up with him to ask about how we could continue to maintain their wonderful work long-term, and he gave us detailed information about sealant that would ensure the grout was protected.Last, I want to note how warm and transparent he was in walking us through the repairs - not only were Dan and Jon incredibly professional and skilled at providing exceptional work, but their customer service was incredibly memorable. “I can not say enough great things about Cornell and his crew. They are honest, trustworthy and most of all they do impeccable work. From the electrical, tile, plumbing to the drywall. I used CQC about 7 years ago to remodel two bathrooms -- both of which were torn down to the drywall and substantially updated to spa quality luxury bathrooms. They also enlarge some closets and repaired a rotting and molding roof. Recently I hired them again to help repair another bathroom and while he was super busy he was honest with me about his timeframe to get to the work. Everything was completed as promised and I am confident the bathroom is better than it was and will be problem free.“

“NW quality construction was hired to remodel the bathrooms(3) and build a fireplace. The bathrooms had to be stripped to studs, some partitions had to be removed to bring it to the layout we wanted. We agreed on a timeline, even though there were hiccups in the middle due to unforeseen personnel availability, additional people were brought in later to meet the timelines. Throughout the project we could see intent to do things right, the crew did a fantastic job even guests visited us recently were impressed with the work done. His team went above and beyond to fix some of the existing plumbing issues in the house. They were very reasonable in pricing. Overall very satisfied with the quality of work and the commitment, will hire again for future projects. Lastly, yes there were few minor issues during the project but Antony was willing to work through the differences and make us happy and help achieve our intended results.“
