“What a positive experience we had with Ron (and his assistants)!
We called American Rooter as a 2nd estimate for our parent's house. Ron is the one who answered the call, and made the appt to come out right away.

After the initial assessment and estimate, we had them go ahead and perform the work. We chose American Rooter because they seemed very thorough and addressed all of our questions/concerns.

Upon examination of the pipes further down on the property with their camera, Ron also found areas where the pipe had broken (this is an older house built in 1950). Ron went through the entire video with us, showing us the breakage etc. He explained everything to us, and directly answered all of our questions. We had him do the additional repairs, as well as hydro jetting of the pipes.

Notes/Observations: Ron is a very persistent/tenacious person; he wants to figure out what's going on (and wants to get to the bottom of the problem, and we appreciated that!). He and his team worked very hard on super hot days (and I would also point out this is a very difficult job, that I'm sure many of us wouldn't want to do!). Their equipment/truck was also very pristine and well kept. They completely cleaned everything up after the work, and you couldn't even tell they were there!

We will call on them again if needed (and I would also call on him for my own home too!). They went above and beyond for us.

“NW quality construction was hired to remodel the bathrooms(3) and build a fireplace. The bathrooms had to be stripped to studs, some partitions had to be removed to bring it to the layout we wanted. We agreed on a timeline, even though there were hiccups in the middle due to unforeseen personnel availability, additional people were brought in later to meet the timelines. Throughout the project we could see intent to do things right, the crew did a fantastic job even guests visited us recently were impressed with the work done.
