We have a beautiful mantle and needed to find someone to come in who was experienced to remove the tile without damaging the mantle. We are 100+% happy with the result. What a fantastic job Richard did for us. He was super clear about everything and madesure we were clear. Was very good with communication. He was on time and he left the area in a ready position for the surface to be installed! He will return to replace the trim that was necessary to remove for our install! “Thanks Boris, you worked hard and you rescued us!Our kitchen ceiling had a leak, a big leak. Leaks are always hard to diagnose so we were already concerned, but we needed someone to help us fast. Luckily for us, Boris' team was working on a house just nearby and I called him.1. He got back to me right away. He came over and took a look and came up with some quick ideas for stabilizing the situation.2. Even though he was busy at our neighbor's house, he did everything he could to jump over and repair our leak (it ended up being rotten siding above a soffit).3. He kept me up to date with time lines, he quoted me accurate estimates, if I called him...he called me back (that doesn't happen with a lot of contractors does it).4. “Thorough and thoughtful process. Very professional and collaborative group of folks. We are quite pleased with our full first floor remodel including a full kitchen redesign down to the studs. Emerald City helped us end-to-end from CAD designs, vendor/material selection, build out, interior finishes, etc. Our project was originally scoped for 10 weeks, but due to a few supply chain delays it wrapped in 14 weeks. The budget for the entire remodel was set from the beginning so we knew all of the costs from the outset. There was only one change to the budget which added unforeseen costs to the project. Ultimately the remodel went 2.7% over our agreed upon budget. Emerald City was responsive and thorough when we had requests for minor tweaks throughout the projects (style of light switches, paint touch ups, replacing a few backsplash tiles). Overall, working with Emerald City Construction was an entirely positive experience and I would recommend anyone consider them for their remodel project.“

We contacted a number of contractors to do a complete remodel of our kitchen before ultimately deciding to go with Jose and his crew. This was one of the best decisions we have ever made! From the very first interaction with Jose, he has gone above and beyond, well exceeding our expectations throughout the entire process.Jose stayed true to form ensuring he would not sub contract this job to others. Unlike previous experiences with other contractors, Jose personally worked on our kitchen from day one. He kept his crew small and efficient. Our biggest concern with any contractor was communication. Jose consistently provided us with updates through the kitchen remodel. Nothing was done without first communicating with us. “I had this vision for a built-in custom cabinet for my husband's den to replace this ugly closet. Someone referred me to Bryan's and it was a terrific recommendation. The plans were drawn out, I went to check out the cabinets, and although the order for the custom cabinets took a number of weeks, the guys who installed the built in were amazing. (Thanks Sammy!) I am beyond happy with the way it all turned out. In addition, I had them install a new quartz countertop in our guest bathroom and that is beautiful too.
