“Dan and his team did an absolutely amazing job, over and above, on my bathroom "remodel". I put remodel in quotes because the whole thing was ROTTEN all the way to the dirt! It turned out to be a huge job, and they rebuilt the whole floor, beams, trusses, posts, and all. I can rest easy knowing it's in super sturdy condition. Oh, and it is GORGEOUS! They were respectful of my home, prompt, talented and hard working. I am grateful to have a fantastic contractor to turn to!“

“I called Rez Construction when I came to know that one of my buildings has been several damaged due to the wind storm in November 2024. From the get go, they were very responsive, understood the situation, quickly engaged with the work.
They coordinated with the insurance to get the ball rolling. They completed the work in under 3 months despite their busy schedule, especially given the amount of damage the building had.
Due to their effort, we were able to quickly move the business tenants back in, leading to minimal disruption to the business.

One thing I really appreciate with Reza is their timely response. In my previous experience with contractors, I find it very challenging to get hold of them, but was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness. Its so great to be able to call the contractor and get hold off them (not some receptionist without context or voicemails that never be returned).

The quality of the work is great and we passed all our inspections with flying colors on the first attempt. They did extra flooring work and paiting work that tenants requested, which was not in original scope.

We called this year 2026 to find a replacement piece for our shower that we wanted and they were responsive, assisted to help us find the piece we needed, and even did a review of the work. They noticed a small spot by our tub where the grout had a small spot missing. They filled it quickly. EKB was great to work with during our remodel and have been great even after 6 years!
