“We took our infant son here when his doctor’s office was closed. We saw Dr. Jordan Miller who was very kind and informative! He spent a good amount of time chatting with us and was very reassuring. Would definitely recommend taking your kids here to see him!“

“Upon walk in everybody at the front desk was extremely friendly and offered a beverage while we waited . Wait time , evaluation and a quick procedure all got done within an hour ! Even with how fast the appointment went the care was outstanding. The doctor who did the procedure and the assistant who helped her were both amazing to me and my son (: 10/10 recommend .“

“My visit was for a routine CDL physical renewal. Upon checking my blood pressure it was a little high. The doctor checked it again, and informed me that I should make an appointment with my primary care doctor as it was reading in the hypertension category, she also stressed how important it was to use my maintenance inhaler for my Athama which, could also affect my heart, something I didn't know. Her advice was life saving. I have already emailed my Doctor and setup an appointment in three days.

“I am rating this good because my Doctors at this facility are excellent. My doctor asked me to stop and make an appointment for a CT scan at radiology on my way out today. There was no line, it was empty. I asked to make an appointment and the woman LOUDLY refused. I explained my doctor asked me to make the appointment, she LOUDLY complained that she has talked to her Manger and said she doesn't have time to make appointments (again no line, no one there). I'm embarrassed, HPPIA? everyone now knows my business right in the middle of the waiting room. It was not professional. I don't think the patient should not be treated this way. Very very poor front end customer service. I asked her to lower he voice before I walked out.“

Upon completing the boilerplate forms up front, I was met by a cheerful nurse who completed each of the medical procedures, leading up to the vision portion of the exam. From start to finish, I was in good hands at Concentra, and highly recommend the Tukwila location for your General Physical Exam needs.“

“I arrived on a Thursday morning (05/11/2023) around 9:30AM for a pre-enployment drug screen. Front desk people were surprisingly super cool to check in with. Usually, it's a pair of miserable clerks at these type of places that want to make everybody else's day just as miserable. Very refreshing to experience for once. I got checked in and waited no longer than 10 minutes until my name was called. Again, SURPRISING. There were about 5 other people in the clinic. The "collector" was also pretty cool. She didn't act like an empty husk like I typically experience, and we talked like how regular people are supposed to talk. I was leaving when I walked past the front desk guy, and he told me to have a good day. Small thing, but it meant a lot to me in that setting. This place is dope lol. I've been to urgent-care clinics for a pre-employment drug screening about 5 times in my life, and this was, I repeat, a refreshing experience. Zero attitude. Wish I could've gotten their names to give them a shout out. I probably got lucky with a good set of employees that day.“

“Today I visited Swedish Urgent Care. There was no waiting! Lucky me! My examination room was open quickly, after meeting the medical assistants I saw Julia Preuss, PA-C. She explained what she was going to do. She did it gentle with care. She listened well, she was really nice. Thank you, Julia! I had a very good experience at this Urgent Care.
