“Recommended by a colleague to try this place out for general tests etc. I never had a set place to go like a family physician etc. I've gone twice now, and every single worker was absolutely respectful, professional and kind. So far I've barely had to wait, and even at the front desk it was a very smooth system they had. But my doctor Julie Tan was sooo kind and understanding. I had some concerns and on my first visit, instead of dragging out appointments (like some places do to charge you more), she just went straight to business and I was impressed. My second visit I was a bit panicked at my results and had a list of questions to ask her. She was VERY patient and listened to every question and answered them the best she could. I was beyond thankful because she knew I was worried and her words and knowledge were very encouraging. A doctor you can definitely trust who looks at you and talks to you like your a person she cares about, and not just the next customer/task. It was very personable and I will in a way be sad I won't see them till my next check up next year. :( but I guess that's a good thing too if you don't need to go to the doctors often. Till then, keep up the outstanding work and thank you SO much for your care and help!“

“Was able to easily book online. Plenty of parking nearby. Had a quick and friendly check-in experience. They have a very nice lobby that wasn't packed. Didn't have to wait long to get brought back to a room. I was offered water and hot lemon tea more than once for my cough. Definitely above and beyond. Doctors and technicians were all super friendly, thorough, and efficient as well. Absolutely would recommend.“

Everything was clean and also very stream-lined. You need to go through a super quick a security check (metal detector) and also wear a mask for the urgent care part of the facility, but that seems totally fair to me. After leaving I continued to feel better and better due to their expertise and recommendations. I will definitely go here again if I have something else come up in the future!“

“The office is working hard to see everyone, the clinic is understaffed but trying their best. The doctors who work here are amazing and I think they make visits here worth it. Also to Ladyloc J "If you leave during the collection for any reason, this is considered a refusal to test and can hold the same consequences as a positive result to your employer."“

Nurse and doctor who consulted our baby were friendly, patient and listened to the problem and provided the medication and explained the issue and next steps clearly and clarified all our questions. Was very much satisfied with the experience.“

“I came in at 12 pm on a Tuesday for a strep throat test. I waited about 10 mins for my appointment. All staff I met were caring and professional, and the visit went quickly and smoothly. It's good to know I can be seen same-day at the Polyclinic when my primary physician's office is booked up.Update 2023: I saw them midday friday for a sprained ankle. 5th person in line, 45ish min wait even though i was quoted 60-90 min. Everyone was nice and made me feel comfortable, got in and out of an xray in like 10 mins, got a boot and sent on my way. I am a patient of size, and felt well treated which is nice. I can tell they care a lot even though they can get overwhelmed.“
