“Hands down, the best urgent care around. The staff is wonderful, the location is so convenient, and the fact that I can get my prescriptions filled on my way out the door is a game changer. Between the 5 of us in our family, we’ve had a wide range of reasons for visits, and have been here at least a dozen times over the past three years. The experience is consistently top notch. At this point, we come here for the majority of primary-care needs too because it’s such a better experience. Thank you Dr Zorin and ARNP Chan for the care and compassion you show your patients, it’s very much appreciated!“

“I am rating this good because my Doctors at this facility are excellent. My doctor asked me to stop and make an appointment for a CT scan at radiology on my way out today. There was no line, it was empty. I asked to make an appointment and the woman LOUDLY refused. I explained my doctor asked me to make the appointment, she LOUDLY complained that she has talked to her Manger and said she doesn't have time to make appointments (again no line, no one there). I'm embarrassed, HPPIA? everyone now knows my business right in the middle of the waiting room. It was not professional. I don't think the patient should not be treated this way. Very very poor front end customer service. I asked her to lower he voice before I walked out.“

“I'm glad I had a positive experience here. Another urgent care turned me away for liability issues and told me to go back to my surgeon who was out of the country. This urgent care saw me and even though it was not in the scope of their work the nurse practitioner was smart to swab me! I went to a facial plastic surgeon the next day at Virginia Mason who did not swab me and gave me the wrong antibiotics. EvergreenHealth called me a couple of days later telling me my diagnosis and prescribed the correct antibiotics. I am finally healing, thank God!“

“Whenever I need to go I get great care, friendly staff, and quick service addressing my condition.. Only once did I have to leave because they were too crowded to take any more people. Having sat routinely for four or more hours in emergency rooms in Manhattan, this is like a dream!“

“Today I visited Swedish Urgent Care. There was no waiting! Lucky me! My examination room was open quickly, after meeting the medical assistants I saw Julia Preuss, PA-C. She explained what she was going to do. She did it gentle with care. She listened well, she was really nice. Thank you, Julia! I had a very good experience at this Urgent Care. I highly recommend it!“

Then I had the best PA ever. I am sorry that I didn’t get his name. He was genuinely sympathetic to my years of these infections. More so than anyone I’ve encountered over the years. Very sincere.
