I was a walk - in, and I expected to spend at least a couple hours sitting.
I was pleasantly surprised, I had three x-rays taken and with the consultation, I was out within forty minutes.
I highly recommend Indigo.
My daughter has strep throat and we went to the Indigo closest to us in Tukwila where she wasn’t even addressed or asked any info and everyone went in before her that came after her, the next was in Burien where it said walk-ins welcome but they said they weren’t seeing walk ins and they couldn’t see her for over two hours. So I called Indigo in Covington and they took her info right over the phone and saw her right away when I drove her over, friendly staff and quick service, got her meds ordered right away also. Worth the drive for us for sure.
Overall excellent. They didn’t see me unless I had an appointment which was annoying but they made me an appointment later that day so it worked out. I didn’t get the typical “it’s a virus so just wait it out”. They gave me a breathing treatment in office and cough meds to alleviate my symptoms. The PA was great
