“Not sure why other people review this place badly?? I just went today and the receptionist was so kind and helped me set up my new information that I needed to add. While I was sitting in the lobby (for an appropriate amount of time since four people were ahead. Walk ins are first come first serve so idk why people are complaining. I barely had to wait.) the two older people working at the lab welcomed everyone so friendly and were joking with people and remembered the past patients. Including one elderly woman who clearly goes often. She left laughing and saying “you guys always make this so fun. Thank you.”
When I got seen the nurse was very friendly and answered all my questions nicely. I was embarrassed for what I had to go in for but the doctor made me feel like it was totally fine and to not worry. Answered all my stupid questions without making me feel stupid. I had a great experience.”
