Urgent Care near Tacoma

“I was seen this morning by the urgent care in Ruston Tacoma. I’ve had a terrible sore throat. I was able to walk in and they got me in immediately. The service was excellent from the front desk to the health technicians. The doctors everybody took their time asked lots of questions very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it.“

“My 1st time in, arrived as a walk-in with no insurance, but appreciated the option provided to pay cash for the visit. The place was spotless and staff were all knowledgeable and friendly.
Dr. Samwel Mbua was awesome and got me all set up on the required prescription and even discovered an underlying Hypertension disorder and began me on a preliminary prescription treatment plan until my company's Insurance kicks in.
Honestly, if I had my preference, he would be my selective for primary physician

Nadia was incredibly kind and compassionate. She called me the next day and said they had a cancellation, that meant more to me than she will ever realize Once I met Dr Phillips, I was just as impressed, I felt she was truly listening to my needs. She was not in a rush to get me in and out. For once I felt heard. I would highly recommend this Office for anyone looking for A doctor and staff who truly care about their patients.“

“Great experience. They were open on a Sunday morning early 8 AM which was handy because that’s when I injured my hand. I walked in. There was no line and three receptionist waiting to assist me. They got me to a room immediately no waiting and the two nicest nurses started to immediately to clean out the wound. Then the PAC and doctor came in and meticulously rolled my skin back onto the wound . A little superglue to buy things together, and I was good to go.

“Anna K in the finance department is literally a dream! I was super anxious about a test costing an arm and a leg. She helped facilitate the preauthorization that my insurance required SUPER fast! I got the authorization and was able to go in for the testing no problem! I can't explain what relief of anxiety I was given by her hard work! I really appreciate all she did.
