If there were a 0 star? That's what they would get. Had a care chat with a provider. Provider put an urgent referral in for dermatology. Dermatology provider sent me a blow off message stating she didn't receive pics. Instead of consulting with the initial provider, she just cast me off. I think Kaiser Permanente is horrible
I am rating this good because my Doctors at this facility are excellent. My doctor asked me to stop and make an appointment for a CT scan at radiology on my way out today. There was no line, it was empty. I asked to make an appointment and the woman LOUDLY refused. I explained my doctor asked me to make the appointment, she LOUDLY complained that she has talked to her Manger and said she doesn't have time to make appointments (again no line, no one there). I'm embarrassed, HPPIA? everyone now knows my business right in the middle of the waiting room. It was not professional. I don't think the patient should not be treated this way. Very very poor front end customer service. I asked her to lower he voice before I walked out.
I have never met such truly uninterested and uncaring doctors. I visited the urgent care in November and had to ask the doctor to even close the door. Today I visited the radiology department and the doctor didn't even enter the room to give me results. She stood in the door and leaned in. I asked why I had symptoms and she said "people experience it all the time", I asked about another symptom and she said "I don't know, no one's ever said that before". I was flabbergasted at the lack of care and compassion. The nurses, technicians and everyone else are wonderful but don't go expecting any effort from the doctors. I understand they are busy and to them my issues are minor, however, to me, the issues were a big enough deal to take off work and be concerned about. I would rather try my luck in Seattle traffic than give this location another chance.
