I visited the 1st Ave South branch. They have a comfortable & clean waiting room. The nurses were polite and seemed to enjoy working there. The receptionist, was at lunch so the wait time was understandably longer than usual. And though the others were busy they did their best and were helpful with getting me signed in as l didn't have any paperwork. The paperwork l filled out on my phone was for some reason needed to be repeated at their computer station in the back. As it was fine while waiting to be seen as l had time l was frustrating to have to spend an extra 15 minutes filling out forms l'd ALREADY filled out. Maybe l missed some prompt when l finished on my phone...read full review
