“I’ve visited this Urgent care for a couple of visits and both times the staff and the doctors have been wonderful and have made the whole experience as easy as possible. Scheduling can be done online or via phone and the doctors take the time to explain the situation and next steps patiently! Friendly staff as always! The wait times were under an hour both times and check in was super quick!“
“Recommended by a colleague to try this place out for general tests etc. I never had a set place to go like a family physician etc. I've gone twice now, and every single worker was absolutely respectful, professional and kind. So far I've barely had to wait, and even at the front desk it was a very smooth system they had. But my doctor Julie Tan was sooo kind and understanding. I had some concerns and on my first visit, instead of dragging out appointments (like some places do to charge you more), she just went straight to business and I was impressed. My second visit I was a bit panicked at my results and had a list of questions to ask her. She was VERY patient and listened to every question and answered them the best she could. I was beyond thankful because she knew I was worried and her words and knowledge were very encouraging. A doctor you can definitely trust who looks at you and talks to you like your a person she cares about, and not just the next customer/task. It was very personable and I will in a way be sad I won't see them till my next check up next year. :( but I guess that's a good thing too if you don't need to go to the doctors often. Till then, keep up the outstanding work and thank you SO much for your care and help!“

Everything was clean and also very stream-lined. You need to go through a super quick a security check (metal detector) and also wear a mask for the urgent care part of the facility, but that seems totally fair to me. After leaving I continued to feel better and better due to their expertise and recommendations. I will definitely go here again if I have something else come up in the future!“

Nurse and doctor who consulted our baby were friendly, patient and listened to the problem and provided the medication and explained the issue and next steps clearly and clarified all our questions. “This place is great. I was there just yesterday. Walked in and only had to wait about 20 minutes. The FNP (Teresa Erskine) was awesome! Took time to listen, asked good questions, made helpful suggestions (including appropriate medication) and came up with a good plan to move forward. The staff was great as well. Will definitely go back in the future.“
