“Excellent care. Prya (sp ) checked me in and was very kind and patient with me. The Dr also was excellent, gave me plenty of time and was very thorough. She prescribed antibiotics and requested that I return in 48 hours to retake my vitals and that the antibiotics are working. The doctor was excellent in communicating the necessity to monitor for improvement.

I will definitely recommend zoom care to my family and friends.“

“Hands down, the best urgent care around. The staff is wonderful, the location is so convenient, and the fact that I can get my prescriptions filled on my way out the door is a game changer. Between the 5 of us in our family, we’ve had a wide range of reasons for visits, and have been here at least a dozen times over the past three years. The experience is consistently top notch. At this point, we come here for the majority of primary-care needs too because it’s such a better experience. “I went to urgent care with a badly cut finger. I saw the provider after a very short wait. After determining the extent of the injury and assessing options, the cut was closed with glue (rather than stitches). After a tetanus shot I was on my way, relieved with the assessment and glad that having the wound closed would help it heal faster. I'm very pleased with Swedish Urgent Care and PA Julia Preuss.“

“I am rating this good because my Doctors at this facility are excellent. My doctor asked me to stop and make an appointment for a CT scan at radiology on my way out today. There was no line, it was empty. I asked to make an appointment and the woman LOUDLY refused. I explained my doctor asked me to make the appointment, she LOUDLY complained that she has talked to her Manger and said she doesn't have time to make appointments (again no line, no one there). I'm embarrassed, HPPIA? everyone now knows my business right in the middle of the waiting room. It was not professional. I don't think the patient should not be treated this way. Very very poor front end customer service. I asked her to lower he voice before I walked out.“

“The pharmacy is pretty convenient, but I've had a couple of mixed experiences with the staff. Sometimes they’re really helpful, but other times I’ve felt like I was waiting too long for assistance. Overall, it gets the job done, just wish the service was a bit more consistent.“

“I took my daughter here for health related concerns. I wasn’t getting anywhere to get proper diagnosis and remedy and was about to give up on this organization. This was before we met practitioner Mariah White. Mariah was very smart and attentive and properly diagnosed my daughter. Mariah solved my issue in one visit and restored our faith. I am grateful to Mariah.“

“Had to bring our youngest in tonight for croup. It was reasonably smooth and quick, and the staff were top notch. The nurse (Alexis) and Dr. (Rachel) both gave excellent care to us and the baby. They were attentive, confident, calm, and friendly despite all the questions. Even the security guard (didn’t catch his name, tall guy with curly hair) offered to show one of our other kids to the bathroom while our hands were full.
