Overlake Clinics Downtown Bellevue Urgent Care

went to Overlake medical clinic urgent care on 8th st Bellevue to have a couple things checked out. Very kind and attentive people at the front desk. Really liked the way I was greeted and very efficient. Cleanliness is very important to all of us, and the clinic was clean, well organized, and quite efficient I would say. I want to recognize nurse Heather, who is just the best and wish I could have spent even more time with her and also Joy the MA. She's an excellent phlebotomist. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the PA sits down with the patient and takes a minute to explain how well she is doing, especially we seniors I know this is urgent care, but it only takes a second to let a person know she's not going to die immediately.

In November:Long wait time before seeing Dr.But fairly fast to get X-ray reading.Was disappointed that Dr didn’t address issue of severe sleep deprivation likely to come with steroid. I had to bring it it up as a concern.Overall good but not great medical experienceBack in December for another injury. Pulled back muscle badly.Barely any wait. Saw PA. Seems to have taken all the right steps.Good experience.

This urgent care center was amazing! All of the staff from the minute you checked in was caring, concerned, and made you feel like everything was going get better.I couldn’t believe how quickly you were seen by the doctor, especially because there were so many patients waiting. It was the only urgent care that I have ever been that didn’t make you wait a long time to be seen.The nurse and doctor were very thorough and experienced. They definitely made you feel better about being sick!
