I got hurt at work sprained my leg. I could barley walk. I came to the sweedish urgent care in Factoria. The staff was extremely nice and the whole process start to finish was smooth and easy because of them. I highly recommend this place for any urgent care needs.
Wait time in exam room was extremely long. I was called about 10:40 didn't get seen till 12:00.
Usually wait times are shorter once in the exam room.

Ive had mixed feelings after my visits here. It seems some of the Drs and healthcare team care, and know what they're talking about, and some do not. Usually that's to be expected, but not when it comes to healthcare & hospitals! It's important they know what they're saying, and care enough to be correct 100% of the time, and although they did send me to the hospital since they didn't know something, I still felt like she didn't care, and blew me off even tho she had a perfect situation to step into and give me exceptional care, that ultimately would have made a difference in my life!
