Once Ryan arrived, he was extremely helpful and clearly determined to resolve the slow drain in our kitchen. He walked us through a few possible approaches and immediately got to work. After some diligent effort using a drain snake followed by his high‑powered water flushing equipment, the clog was finally cleared.
Ryan also took the time to leave us with helpful tips on how to prevent future buildup, especially regarding cooking oils that had hardened inside the pipes. That extra guidance was much appreciated.

“The Marysville office of Roto-Rotor are an exceptional! We had a problem with an old residential grease trap from the kitchen draining. They came same day and checked what they could. We ended up having to have septic service come out and pump it out so they could see the pipes. Roto-Rotor came back 1st thing next morning tried to clear drain but line had failed which was visible on the camera. So they had one of their plumbers come out the same day and re~plumbed the kitchen to the main septic line. Friendly, professional, price better than another plumber we had out not long ago.
