He showed up quickly and on time to look at the job, got us a quote quickly, got us scheduled for the water heater replacement quickly, and showed up on time again for the install. Then, he quickly replaced our old tank water heater with a tankless unit and did a really nice job. Final price was exactly as quoted and within the price range I expected for the job, which was several thousand less than a quote I got from one of the national chain places. “My water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. I found my garage flooded at 9:15am. I called MV Plumbing and was given Dave’s contact info due to my emergency. He had his crew at my house within 25 min to assess and help turn off everything. One crew went to pick up a new unit and the 2nd crew showed up right after to remove the old one. “After being advised by our water district that our usage had shot up, we isolated the problem to a broken water line between our meter and home. We did our diligence and got three bids, including from Pipelining NW. All three bids included the same service of digging a trench and laying in new water line of same material and hooking up to our home with new shut off valve. I was shocked at the bid difference between the three installers. Like $6,000 difference for essentially the same job. Pipelining was first to submit a bid and came out the lowest. Selecting them was easy. They came out and did the job in half a day and left no trace they were ever there. Highly recommend this business.“

I’ve been nothing but happy and impressed!The first time, I looked around Google and found someone I thought had good reviews and called because I had water leaking through my wall into the living room. I got a message back from Russell Cahill, and he was ready to send someone over immediately (it was night). I ended up being able to wait til morning from a few suggestions from Russell and saved money on a night call. They sent people right away in the morning, and they ended up installing a new water line under the house for my fridge water and installing a recessed shutoff valve (forgive me if I don’t know the right terminology) for the fridge because whoever installed it before I bought the house did everything wrong. The guys who came were so nice too!Fast forward to this summer when I got a call from the Covington water district saying I had had water running every hour for 7 days. In a panic, I texted Russell and he walked me through a ton of things I could do to try to solve it or narrow it down on my own. I walked through everything I had learned this summer and figured out that the leak was under my driveway and it was a doozy. He also gave me someone to call to find the leak so they could come afterwards. As soon as the other company pinpointed the leak, Russell had people out the next day. They had to dig up a portion of the driveway and replace a portion of the pipe. The plumbers were also really nice and answered lots of questions from me.Overall, I can’t compare because I haven’t called any other plumbers, but my friends have all thought my charges were really reasonable. I’m also just grateful for the money I’ve saved, the new plumbing knowledge I have, and the peace of mind I’ve had. I can’t recommend them enough!!“

“Over the weekend I had some issues with the Rinnai Tankless water heater that was installed by Aqualine Plumbing, Electrical & Heating. I called in early Tuesday morning and shared my issues and concerns with Ms. Ramona. She told me that she would send out someone around noon. The technicians, Garrett and Isaac, called and asked if they could come earlier that the appointed time. I said yes and they were here in minutes. Garrett and Isaac were very kind, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. They went right to work on my unit - troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue. “My contractor recommended that we do full repipe before we begin my bathroom remodel. So the journey began getting bids. We got six bids and went with Repipe Masters. First of all I wasn't necessarily chasing the lowest bid because i of course was worried about quality. Didn't want you get what you paid for. But when I saw all the great reviews along with the best price I selected them. Doug came in with a bag of samples of what was being installed and an impressive binder with pictures and reviews. We got scheduled in less than a week and my job kicked off. Emilio amd his crew were amazing. They came in a laid cloth through out my house as well laid plastic sheeting on my furniture that was exposed to the work. Two guys were assigned outside in the rain to do the outside pipe. They did such an amazing job. I had a huge trench (30L x 4W x 3H) and assumed that I would have to reseed or lay new sod. That wasn't the case (see pic). For the inside we have a bunch of fairly small holes given what they had to accomplish. We moved the hideous piping to the main and relocated it in the closet. We chose to not have them re patch and do it ourselves as that was additional costs. At the end of the day, my whole house was repiped inside and out and got a new water heater installed. Amazing! You'd be crazy not to go with Repipe Masters!“

I can get in my new tub sit down and turn on the warm water sit back and enjoy it.
