After putting in a request on Yelp, “I Need a Plumber Now!” was incredibly quick to respond—and Ryan actually arrived before several other plumbing companies even replied.
Once Ryan arrived, he was extremely helpful and clearly determined to resolve the slow drain in our kitchen. He walked us through a few possible approaches and immediately got to work. After some diligent effort using a drain snake followed by his high‑powered water flushing equipment, the clog was finally cleared.
Ryan also took the time to leave us with helpful tips on how to prevent future buildup, especially regarding cooking oils that had hardened inside the pipes. That extra guidance was much appreciated.
Beyond his technical skills, Ryan was personable, friendly, and professional. In this day and age, it can feel worrisome inviting someone into your home—but Ryan is someone I’d gladly invite back for a cookout anytime.

They were able to fix an unforeseen slow leak I found after unhooking my washing machine in preparation for a flooring installation. Steve responded very quickly to my 4/5 AM request on their website, and I was able to make an appointment for the same day. Jon fixed the leak (which involved cutting the drywall and installing new shut off valves) and also looked at some other minor issues while he was there. He confirmed that my tub faucet didn't have a problem, and he was able to get my kitchen sink sprayer to fully work again by cleaning out some debris that got lodged in it.
