The plumbing technician was professional and easy to communicate with. He carefully examined the issue, explained his findings, and handled the work efficiently. I appreciated how organized and respectful he was.
Having had a bad experience with another tradesman, I was quite impressed with this plumber who fitted our new water tank in just under three hours and actually took time to explain how the system worked. They also checked out potential problems with our previous connections and corrected them on the spot.
This visit was more efficient than the last one. The plumber installed the tap in less than an hour and made sure everything was sealed properly. He took the time to explain to us the actual problem with our previous setup which helped us comprehend why it needed upgrading.
