Ren was very cautious to make sure he didn’t scratching my floors and walls and he made suggestions that made the job turn out even better. I had picked a few things that I thought would look good and then he had called and told me that that he had some other product at no extra cost just an even swap that would make it even look better and he was absolutely right. Ren knows what he’s doing and you could tell he puts pride in his work. I appreciate that I was able to trust him in my house by himself while I was at work and that means a lot to me so if all the workers are like Ren at bath planet they should be proud, but Ren went above and beyond. Most people would not do thank you to Ren and thank you to bath planet. I’ll add this photo without the glass. Ren will be back to install that.“

“The team at 1st ProService LLC was amazing. We had our upstairs bathroom completely gutted and remodeled, and we also had our downstairs laundry room converted into a 3/4 bath and laundry combo. The quality of work was incredible, the pricing was highly competitive, and everyone was incredibly easy to work with.

They quoted us what we thought was an overly ambitious timeframe—three weeks for the laundry room conversion and one week for the upstairs bathroom—and they hit both targets perfectly. Whenever minor issues popped up, Oleg and Daniel made sure they were addressed quickly. Our only slight complaint was that it wasn't always 100% clear when someone would be coming out to the house on a given day, though to be fair, I never asked. “Antoni and his crew did an awesome job on my roof! Materials were delivered on a Friday, work was started Monday and they were finished on Tuesday afternoon. They worked efficient, were polite and they did a really good job cleaning up after when they were finished. I went up on the roof when they were done and was very happy with the results. They even spray painted my old rusty chimney vent black so it all looked really nice when they were finished. I am a happy customer and I would highly recommend them!“

“5 stars isn't enough! We feel beyond lucky to have worked with the Bicknell Builds team. Communication, quality of work, dedication to schedule, realistic commitments, pricing transparency, flexibility, workmanship, advice, selection and management of subcontractors, planning, coordination with external design consultants... everything is 5 stars. We can say enough about Chris (the owner) and Andy (our PM). Our project involved and unplanned (re)renovation of our finished basement, plus a complete remodel of our master bathroom and master bedroom closet area. The Bicknell team helped us craft a plan and scope that met our needs, communicated clearly about all facets of the project, and tolerated and helped us manage the involvement of our insurance company. Our scope expanded and the targets shifted (as they often do) and the Bicknell squad felt like real partners and advocates through it all. That's really something! We can't say enough about the attention to detail and craftsmanship. No corners cut. Hard work happened almost every day with no significant delays. You might find a cheaper contractor, but you won't find a better one. I'm gushing... but I just can't say enough about this team.

“Our deck was falling apart with my husband having to replace wood annually with rotting lumber and in our very rainy climate used during a limited window during the year.

Jon and his team had already worked to construct a covered area for my parent’s house and when we loved it and wanted to do something similar he was able to execute on that vision and make it unique so much so that it looks like it was originally part of the house with the same attention to detail for the architecture of our house. Jon is extremely busy so we feel fortunate we were able to get fit into his schedule.

He and his team (Anthony and Joshua) are so thoughtful with their attention to detail and he was able to not only complete the project on time but also within budget. (We did get a competitive quote with a different option which aesthetically not as beautiful as what he and his team constructed nor similar to our house style but for the same budget). He has an eye for how things are supposed to fit together and complement each other from the beams and some being painted and finished with trim , to demoing out concrete we had and then putting in new one giving driveway space to back, to how he laid the decking (with a border), and suggestions for covering underneath.

As a family we are so grateful for this space that he created adding so much joy for us and our pets—we wish we had done this sooner! If we have another major project we undertake we now know who to call.“

“It's really hard to find great renovation contractors. AT&G Built is top notch. We needed to fix our primary bath due to a shower leak that was clearly causing damage, despite it being only 6 years old. Flippers! Anyway, after going through the usual suspects in renovators, you know the ones with all the marketing and sales people, we finally discovered AT&G. Instead of a salesperson, we got a fantastic project manager named Alissa. So knowledgeable and so easy to work with. We just felt like we could trust her, and we we right. No project is without its bumps in the road, but Alissa was always there every step of the way to smooth them over, even when our own dithering was the bump. The whole crew was fantastic, including Roman (and the other Roman), Bogdan, Ruslan, even the plumbing and glass contractors. Hire these folks with confidence.“

“My sump pump alarm was chirping, and Revy, the Owner contacted me. He was very nice and respectful. He was very informative and patient as I explained my situation. He didn't want me to worry as he wanted his guys to check it out first. He gave me a verbal quote on an AC pump that turned out to be much cheaper than two other companies that I had contacted. Two of his techs came over and both were very polite and professional. They checked out both my sump pumps and both were doing well however, one only needed a battery in the alarm. This company has integrity and is legitimate. I will be using them in the future to replace any sump pumps issues and I found out they also clean the drains for my perimeter floor drain system in my basement. I would not hesitate using this company.“
