I highly recommend Northwest septic . After calling several places to get our septic tank pumped we landed on Northwest septic. There prices were reasonable compared to others.. They were able to get it done same week I called. Ours was just a routine septic pumping. Harold showed up on time and called when he was on his way as I requested. We had a little communication issue at the beginning. (I believe in total honest reviews so I am adding that in). it was resolved immediately upon pointing it out. Professional and prompt! Only wish the quote we received was accurate. They hit us with a document upload fee which felt disingenuous since they didn’t mention it upfront. Will most likely use them again.
